Depends on your manager. I had the option of working from home 2-3x a week during hiring with one manager. When the manager changed, working from option became an issue and wanted the team to limit working from home option to 1x a week. In a department where most work from home, it is off-putting and backward.

Nice to work from home as a Consultant, but this is only good if you do well in this environment. So i give it 2 stars on how i felt about the idea of working from home in this roll, as apposed to their flexibility about me working from home.
