Vacation & Paid Time Off

3 weeks + 8 holidays + 4 floating holidays.

It's ok I guess, and they allow you to carry over one week to the next year if you want. we get 8 holidays and 4 floater days. I wish they would allow a sabbatical, or increase vacation for those who exceed 15 years. You don't get any more vacation after hitting 15 years, so no incentive there.
