Employee Discounts

This discount was completely dependent on current management. Usually half off.

Great! If you're good and you come in often, you can get meals 100% compd. Generally, you get a 50% discount and if you don't work its 20% or something. Depends on the manager working and how much they like you honestly.

Not much to be said here. 50% discount when on break. Not before you clock in or after you clock out.

On days you work, you receive a 50% employee discount on all items, not including shakes or ice cream related items. Once a week on a day you do not work, you can receive a 25% discount on a meal. These are the official Employee Discounts as written in the Employee Handbook. However you can get free food, drinks, ice cream, basically anything you want free based on who is working and whether or not your manager's are strict on that. All drinks are free whether you're working or not at the location I work at, it is just a common courtesy type thing. I would say getting anything else free would just have to be based on your store's employees, management, and your relationship with them or their rules. If you are a manager any food or drink you get is free of charge.

The discount is pretty much the only thing they do half-assed right.

Good thing is managers eat for free..but honestly isn't most companies doing that?
