In general, all health care needs are covered through Kaiser (medical), VSP (vision) and Delta Dental. Dentists have taken to require payment for service up front followed by a delayed reimbursement by cheque, since Delta's in-network payments were taking too long. Otherwise the coverage has been seamless, if slightly complicated due to the multiple different plans.

Excellent many options from EPO, PPO, or HMO including HSA

I think it's good. I had several major surgeries, but I rarely had to pay for them (except for meds, but again, they weren't much).
