Work From Home

Worst: Unfair to local employees in the Bay area.. While they hire employees in all departments who are not local and obviously they work remotely for the entire year, for local employees they allow only one day work from home and that too if drive to work is one hour each way. For engineers in the Engineering team who also work in the evening daily with team in India, its quite taxing.
