This was an extremely subjective process. This is not so much about what you did but more about who you know and are in with. If you are friends with your manager then you got great reviews and bonuses but if you kept to yourself but worked hard you might get a 3% raise with a whopping 250 shares of stock. However, if you are the executive assistance to the VP of HR who provides "favors" for him then you get the max allowable raise and amount of shares.
