SpaceX has great vision insurance and offers employees with 2+ more years of service at the company free lasik surgery through their insurance plan (after the deductible is met). The great thing about the medical, dental, and vision plan is that they are all managed by one benefits administrator: Collective Health which provides employees with a one stop shop for benefit related questions and great customer support - in person, over the phone, and online.
