Good match from employer

Spectrum will match each employee up to 6% of the benefits they contribute. They have adjusted portfolios depending on your age/risk level. You can also choose to manage you portfolio yourself. They have people at fidelity who are skilled with our benefits package you can call to speak with to customize your retirement plan. There are webinars every week you can join to learn more about investment and saving

The 401k plan is a general plan. Nothing too exceptional or terrible about it.

Company matches 6% of base pay for 401k and also contributes an additional 3% of your base pay to a retirement account.

It's okay, but I would prefer to add other options for retirement as well. This is not enough.
