Match up to about 7% with like contribution, 5 year , incremental vesting plan (this may have changed with merger)

The 401K is the best. They match dollar for dollar up to 6%. It was 3%, but decided their employees deserved more.

The company match used to be 66.3% match up to 12% and had tons of different stocks and funds to choose from. Spectrum matches 100% but only up to 6% of your contribution and far fewer funds to choose from, all of which are average performers. Mathematically the new 401K is worse than TWCs was and performance is definitely not as good. Since spectrums 401K started mine has seen next to no growth during a bull market. Pretty sad.

Company matches 6%, easy to change amount to contribute via web sight

100% match of the first 6% you contribute. Also has a RAP plan in which the company contributes 3% of your earnings (company paid, doesn't come out of your pocket) into a retirement account for you, regardless if you have signed up for 401k.

Five year incentive add on to 401k for 45 and older

I was a contract employee and not a salary employee. All benefits were offered to Salary employees only.

100% match up to 6% and they will give an extra 3% for employees that make under a certain amount
