I did not see any negatives about the 401K. 6% company match from the start which was higher than what TWC offered at the start. Easy access to make changes online and to contact the benefits service center about any changes.

They have the best 401k plan I have ever seen. You get 6% matching of your input and they give you a free 3%. If you do the full 6% then that's full match and you get the 3% so that's 9% company paid 401k input.

Nothing bad to say about 401K. However, had pension with TWC. Once Charter bought out TWC, pension went away.
