Anthem is okay but still a little but expensive

Benefits from day 1. HR not knowledgable about all the benefits.

The best: amount of providers and insurance tiers. The worst: coverage for a family gets expensive for the premiums.

Health insurance was pretty solid. Since I live in America, I try to avoid the hospital even with insurance.

Spectrum Health insurance is top-of-the-line.

The best thing is the low priced employee mobile lines, the educational reimbursement, the retirement and 401K matching, and the out of footprint premium streaming. The worst part is the high amount of deductibles you have to pay before the medical assistance kick in.
