This includes eye, dental and basic health coverage. It gives more options for the overall health providers. Also employees get more options to select from the various health insurance plans.

The insurance that the company offer is very affordable. You have the option to choose your own doctors.

I love having an HSA and Spectrum has not increased costs year over year since my employment, but health insurance is still expensive and difficult to understand. They also offer 2 FSA plans and have several open enrollment sessions to provide answers to any questions regarding which plan is right for you/your family

Three options, two that I don't really get. One that makes sense. Univera isn't perfect, but it covers a lot of the cost.
