Military leave is provided for active duty and for reserve duty. The problem is getting the proof of leave from the military to approve.

Served 6 years in the reserves I was given the days required for training no hassle. Time Warner Cable did differential pay if activated for longer than 30 days which would cover the difference in pay. Being Activated for 3 months but no longer than 6 months would be able to take up to 2 weeks off under USSERA law anything longer than 6 months would be allowed to take up to 3 months off under USSERA law. Must provide orders if being activated for longer than 30 days. for these benefits to apply.
