To get the better of plans offered, for everything plus health benefits, costs me 33$ a week. Speedway covers the majority of the costs and pays 104$ a week for me. Quite a big difference if you ask me. Such a big deciding factor to stay employed for speedway, and not continue to job hunt for other work.
