Management get sick days given to them

You accrue sick days but I did not get to use like 80+ hours of sick time accrued because even if I tried I ended up having to cover for employees to have coverage at store during COVID then when separated from company I lost all sick time accrued

Not very rich. Stopped offering this for non-management employees (even if FT).

No benefit if you don't show your fired unless manager is friends have seen them no call no show numerous times forcing shift before to work over no matter that person's circumstances

Speedway offers a lot of sick days but holds it against you when you have to use more than five a year.

You need to call them 2 hours in-advance, but how about they don't pick up your phone call？
