If you find that there is a certification that is critical to your job here at Splash and will enable you to perform at a higher capabilities, Splash will reimburse you for half the cost (max up to $500) of your certification, whether it be applied to the application fee, the program, or the exam, et cetera.
At Splash, we work hard to create a culture of personal responsibility and mutual trust, and we want our vacation and time off policy to reflect that. We recognize the importance of taking time away from work to rest and recharge, and we trust our team to take time responsibly while maintaining performance expectations.
