You get 3 weeks off, which seems about average in the industry until you understand the additional days off we get. For example we got an additional 5 days off in late December around Christmas and New Years beyond the usual 1 day each for the holidays.

Fairly standard package for the industry. A little light on vacation days, but heavy on holidays.

Good vacation and PTO. Additionally, Splunk has a shutdown week around 04-July and 25-Dec.

With holidays, (15 days per year) and 3 weeks vacation the first year, there is a total of 6 weeks paid time off the first year. It increases by one day each year.

Very flexibly on vacation and PTO

No unlimited vacation days as it has become popular elsewhere, but sufficient time off to recharge and take multi-week vacations. Excellent maternity/paternity benefits!

Ample time with Sick, PTO, Holidays and summer/winter breaks to renew

Employees earned up to 120 hours per the first year with carry-over to subsequent years. With carry-over hours, maximum possible hours off earned per year could go up to 180 total hours, taken in 8 hour day increments.
