Constant trainings offered. Cutting, culture & customer care are the focus. If you need extra help you can always reach out to area coaches & get individualized training. They even support you on how to add value and boost your paychecks! I always felt well supported.

There are advancement opportunities, but not very many. Sport Clips as a whole is a great company to work for.
