It’s ok but they only match up to half with 6 % being the max

The best would be that they have one. The worst would be that the amount that they match is barely anything.

They could have used a better, nationally known plan administrator (e.g. Fidelity, Vanguard). The retirement options were good if you knew a bit about investing or researched the companies. Otherwise, you were on your own.
