They require you to pay a much higher period premium as opposed to some other companies of the similar size. Also there is a surcharge if you decide to take their medical when another avenue is available for your coverage

Cigna insurance was awful. I current have insurance through Health Care Market place. This is less confusing and intrusive. Require employees to register online yearly and answering private questions in order to receive a "discount" is disgusting
