Offers health, dental, and eye. Their HRA gives the option to earn credits towards healthcare costs. For example, I got a $200 credit towards my account for taking a yearly health survey. Their insurance is accepted almost everywhere and covers a wide range of procedures and medications.

Limited enrollment period for existing employees.
