The benefits package is ok, as a Part Time employee I have access to Dental and Vision, short-term disability, life insurance, and an associate discount. You also have access to Sick time, which begins accruing immediately and PTO which begins accruing after 1 year of service. You can also access the 401k if you have 1,000 hours of service in the past year.
