health insurance cost is high.

PTO and benefits package is fair. Fitness reimbursement is a great addition as well.

If you are employed part time in a retail non-manger/non-supervisor role, you are only eligible for the health insurance benefit after working for a year with Staples if and only if you worked a certain amount of hours per week (on average) the previous year. I do not believe any of the other benefits that they offered had that restriction. The health insurance they offered me was decent as far as I could tell. The employee discount worked on most things in the store.
