401k is the best thing.

Decent benefits. PTO starts at 22 days for the first 5 years. Between 5-10 years is 26 days. 7 paid holidays (the 6 major holidays plus MLK Day) plus 1 floating holiday. The work day before a holiday are half days (if you dont take it off). 401k matching is 50% up to 6% of contributions (3%). The premium dental plan has orthodontia coverage for adults. 4 weeks of caregiver giver with full pay. 8 additional weeks (12 weeks total combined with caregiver leave) of unpaid family/medical leave but you receive partial pay from state FMLA benefits. Half day summer Fridays. For accounting positions, depending on which Director you fall under, the position may be full remote or hybrid (usually 2 days a week in the office). Up to $400 per year reimbursement for a gym membership or certain gym equipment such as a treadmill or elliptical. No tuition reimbursement though.

Only get health insurance if you work full time, part time managers don't get insurance. You get options to get stock options.
