I feel it's a fair package

Good: Paid time off is competitive, flexible work hours, great benefits for people looking for healthy lifestyle (I’m not personally interested) Bad: raises and promotions are low and slow. Staples seems unable or unwilling to keep up with inflation and their pay scale and promotion rates don’t keep up to similar positions elsewhere

Lots of perks when it comes to benefits including app based access and FSA account.
