Standard benefits I've seen at most companies, health care, 401k match. Vacation time is accrued very quickly and they encourage you to use it. A decent employee discount across the board on all products.

Great PTO policy. You start at 22 days and receive 26 at 5 years. Summer Fridays from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Health insurance is fine. They match up to 6% for 401k.
