Training is good but could be better

Pro: learning all insurance products, continued education, and extensive sales training. Cons: some agents will throw you to the wolves to figure it out yourself. I’m smaller offices you can expect to fill more positions than what you agreed to when you applied. Ex. A sales person may find themselves doing a lot of service work.
