State Farm has a generous military leave policy and is a supporter of active duty and veterans groups.

State Farm was not understanding toward military leave. It was a huge hassle for most of my collegues who where in the military. They were forced to take their time off and it was a hassle for they everytime they had to serve our country. Managers never seemed to be sensitive to their situation. They treated them with disrespected and were not supportive of their transition.
