Great Benefits and 2 weeks of PTO when you start

There was really no retirement plan at this private office, state farm corporate i imagine has one though

What’s not to love about a fully funded pension plan. You’re vested after five years and you can retire as early as 55

Still has pension plan funded by company only

The Retirement plan is very good.

They have a great pension plan

Good if you want to stay 25 years. The pension is terrible otherwise....please provide a better 401K match for people not wanting to throw their life away at the company

I am grateful that my company even has a retirement plan/pension, when most companies no longer offer that benefit. I feel we are financially stable and that the pension is something I can depend on. I would like my plan to actually have a larger amount than it will pay me in my retirement years. Not sure how in the world I'm going to live on a $1500/month pension (I am a 20+ year employee, too).
