High deductible, but great coverage

Limited provider options - it used to be better in the past

It is a HDHP but the HSA is helpful

Only offer high deductible Cigna plans

Employees were given a choice between different Health Care Insurance companies, along with different options for the coverage

I'm not 26 yet so I cannot exactly vouch for the best and worst but I have heard a lot of good things about the Health Insurance.

No cost Prescriptions for a long list of generics for most common treatments

High deductible for couples ($4,000.00) and every doctors visit has a pretty high expense rate ($100.00 for a basic visit... I have paid $500 for an MGH specialist visit). High deductible also means paying full price for meds until you meet it, which usually doesn’t happen until November. So it’s kind of like living without health insurance.
