Up until this year we used to get 10 sick days. I would have given that 5 stars. We now only get 5 sick days a year. Ten days was a lot but I feel like 5 is too little, particularly for people who have young children in their families.

In my experience you cannot take many sick days before you start to get questions from management.

Absolutely no incentive to make it to work except employee personal pride. Should adopt Paid Time Off (PTO) for even treatment of employees. That way, sick or personal time is combined with vacation in a pool and time off can be used from this pool.
