After a year of working I was able to log on from home occasionally. Many employees work from home 2-3 times per week.

Perhaps the most generous benefit for certain teams is work-from-home. After six months, you are able to work at home for one day each week. Depending on your team and manager, you may be able to spend most of your week working from home. Some AVPs and above even work 100% remotely.

Work from home is available in many groups. The official company line is to encourage work from home however some managers have not embraced this stance.

Work from home is available, however the department you work in determines how much it is encouraged. Some managers are "old-school" and clearly do not like it, but others are completely fine with it.
