The 5% just okay, but I'm still appreciative to have it at all.

Worst thing. Barely a reasonable discount. Clearly clinging to their money. Corporate greed. The pay is minimum wage and even then they will still manage to pay you less and give an unreasonable excuse for their corporation greed. They criticize you for being late even by a single minute. Fellow enployees are nice but have more than one job to support families. And these workers are full time. Just putting that into perspective here. And don't get me started on full time workers with visas for out of the country. The management is discrimminatory against individuals from other countries and will come up with reasons to criticize their work even when they're doing nothing wrong. It's never enough. The discount feels more like pixie dust because it's unreal how small the discount is. Barely a penny's work is removed from total. Very inefficient.

They have a 5% discount that you get while using your store card, though it use to be better. You could get associate points that would be one point for one dollar spent. You could use that to deduct money off your order, I use to get free groceries sometimes.

Some more free stuff would've been nice, but its good to get a small discount on lunch I guess
