Probably the only thing they did right. If only they could focus on individual needs. Job training was good. Still have no idea how to do hot foods. I learned from fellow employees not from management. And I'm still learning even after what will be two years as of june 2/ may 30.

It's adequate at best, they have training videos and they'll teach you on the job as well.

My trainer went out on disability after 2 days of my 4 week training. I just took his place in the store and was expected to perform the same functions he did. You don't know what you don't know. It took 2 and a half years before I finally got my classroom training. At that point it is too late.

Very little on the job training, maybe one day of training or less before you are in the weeds.
