StreetLight and it's parent company Jacobs have fully embraced the hybrid work environment. In Cities where there is an office, some folks go in often, others go in on regular days (e.g. Wednesday) and do some social activities like lunch. When we hold virtual All-Hands a few times a quarter, any city with more than 2 people can get lunch paid for by company. Many of us are fully remote though and it works well.
