Very expensive, high out-of-pocket deductibles, and you get lectured every year in a meeting about how it's your fault since we cost them money by, you know, using the health benefits.

Benefits for family are very expensive, and HR tries to sell it as this great gesture that the company is paying for part of it.
The company should hire internal trained naturopathic doctors and psychiatrists at no cost to the employee.

Health insurance keeps going up and the plans keep getting worse. Last year the most inexpensive plan went up by $1000 for my family and ended up costing about $6000 a year The company claimed they pay 90% of the cost of the plan which is hard to believe because the benefits were pretty bad for a plan that is valued at over $20,000 a year. Having a child was very costly and I had several other co-workers tell me their PPO plans weren't much better.
