They provide a great 50% match up to 8%

401k discretionary contribution every year. My 401k is very healthy because of it.

Wish it gave a higher percentage of a match.

Stryker offers a standard 401K

good 401K match but you have to stay 5 year to get full, 1 year for 20%

401K plan at Stryker is generous; their match is 3% for your 6%. Additionally, they make a contribution to the plan based on a percent of salary.

Company match at 6% , and vast options of low fee index funds.

7% on the annual pay will be credited every year, and 50% match

Discretionary contribution and match done annually. 5 years until fully vested. Overall good benefit. Last 2 years, I averaged 10% of my annual pay as a discretionary contribution. That's better than most bonuses I've received.
