401K Plan

401K plan is pretty good - upto 8% is matched at 50% to 150% depending on company performance. Most years the match has been over 100% so works out to around 11% if you contribute 8%. One downside is you lose the company contribution the year you leave the company (unless you leave right after the match is given) as the match is paid out annually

There is sometimes company "extra" matching each year.

Stryker makes an annual discretionary contribution to the 401-k plan in addition to the standard.
