Plans are OK. But they use, at least where I was at, United Healthcare -- doesn't have the best record. If you don't sign up for healthcare they don't have any alternative benefit at all for you. You just lose that part of your compensation "Total Rewards". Other companies do it differently.

Stryker has fairly good/standard comprehensive health insurance based on my personal experience. There's unlimited PTO for certain employee levels even for IC's (individual contributors). Parental leave is good with 6 weeks at full pay.
