Diversity Programs

I feel like at my store the more diverse you are the more likely your are to be hired. We also have had a people come in who were extremely qualified but because they had tattoos our franchise owner said no because “I don’t like them, that’s all you talk about to customers and not upsell them our sandwiches”

Ppl of all ages and race were employed

i guess its ok. i dont have a problem working with anyone, i think they will hire and keep anyone for any position.
