the employee discount was only for a 6 inch sandwich instead of a footlong sandwich, in my opinion it was stingy from the owners.

At my subway, we get a 99% discount if we've worked at least 3 hours that day, free & unlimited drinks the WHOLE shift, and 50% off if we worked 3 or less hours that day. not too sure about the days off, though.
