Suffolk provides comprehensive Disability Insurance to protect employees in case of illness or injury. The coverage includes both short-term and long-term disability options: Short-Term Disability (STD): 100% salary continuation for up to 13 weeks. There is a 7-day waiting period before benefits begin. Long-Term Disability (LTD): Covers 60% of your basic annual salary. Maximum benefit of $15,000 per month. These disability insurance benefits are fully paid by Suffolk and ensure financial security for employees unable to work due to health-related issues​
