Best thing is the freedom of remote work and the overall work environment.
Worst thing is slow internal movement.

Working from home is one of the best part of this job. Provides flexibility to balance work and home life, especially when you have children.

Except for the dress code and commute, you might as well be working at a call center.

The computer you use for their stuff can't be used for anything else but besides that they never use the webcam they say you need except for the first day in training where they confirm your driver's license. In the end it was a really fun job cuz it let me play with my cat, eat snacks, and do my math homework on my laptop.
