The fact there is something is unusual. It's not as generous as the pension my Dad got, but it's better than nothing. You can take it with you if you're vested when you leave.

Worst retirement plan I've ever had. Purely employee contributions. If you wonder where all of the CEO's money goes, I think it goes into his personal retirement plan so he can claim a lower overall salary.
