Everything you have to earn though pto

Unlimited time off and not PTO is great, but lends itself to less time off with no accrual or pay out for not taking time off.

Too much work to use it

PTO accrual is very fast

Ok with PTO, use PTO for holidays which is a bummer.

Don’t get much hours per paid period

Unlimited PTO for management employees.

the worst thing is if you have the hours of 8-5pm and you have a doctors appointment you are always using your paid time off to go to your appointments you have during the day. This cuts into your vacation time if your trying to save your PTO
