Great place to get training and start your career. Learned on automatic and manual. Trainer time period is good, but usually it is more like a team driving experience. Follow up training could be helpful, but it is half assed

experienced driver, however, orientation didn't cover familiarization with inter-company dynamic, had to learn trial and error, which was also problematic, received faulty instructions in many cases...

I received on the job training from the other employees, came in with a good background

trainer taught me a little he was very lazy.
