A few times a year they offer to match employee contributions 100% to a charity they choose and they also match the employees 50% in booster bucks. For regular employees you can choose from a list of charities you want the company to give to. They allocate a small amount per employee that increases each year you work there. It's basically the company giving you money to donate where you want.
