The best thing about the 401k plan is that it starts on day 1. The worst thing about it is that you'll have to wait 3 years before it's fully vested.

401K through fidelity, had some great investment options, indexes, company funds, retirement date mutual funds and some others that were low on expense fees, Matching was .50 on the dollar up to 8% of salary so 4% match, and additional money 3% salary amount paid by company that vests at 5 years with Synchrony, good but not the best ever. Roth and traditional IRA options available
