Thanks for your response, we have made changes to our health plan beginning April 1, 2021, in which the employee will share in the cost so you are correct it is no longer free. One point you did not make is the fact that the company will increase your salary to adjust for the cost if you are a current employee on the free plan. Also, starting April 1st we will open our employee only pharmacy that will allow for very competitive medication cost and co-pays. So please when reviewing provide all of the changes, if you are not aware of these please read the many communications we have provided. Thank you
