Performance Bonus

Good but could be better and more consistent

This has changed but there are incentives always

All employees, including hourly, are eligible for a year end performance bonus. Generally around $1,000.

Company set up so there is a big division between Salaried and Hourly employees. Not good! Bonuses for salaries employees only.

Good coverage and options provided. $500 has contribution and percentage coverage contributed

The worst thing about the Performance Bonus is that you are told to grade yourself but by the time you meet with your manager the performane bonus has already been set for you.

Synchrony Financial offers performance bonuses based on position level and is based on meritocracy.

It's confusing how they calculate or do these with no proper role on boarding or training. You need actual job descriptions and goals and I have yet tio understand what my function is so I'm not sure how this is calculated properly

Very consistent, but differential for outperformance is inadequate to properly incentivize it
